Gianni Pesce, Ninì Pesce, Ian Smith settembre 1944

Dear Famiglia Pesce ...

I am a Rhodesian and I see your post about Ian Smith.

I notice the scan above from a book in English about Ian Smith and his time with the Italian partisans in Liguria.

Can you please tell me the name of the book and the author?

Thank you ...

-Autore.
-Casa editrice.
-Titolo.

Vi ringrazio per l'attenzione.

Cordialmente,
Dave Cooper,

Sorry, I 'm late!

I think you are faster than me.

There was a contact (phone and letter) between my father, Giuseppe Pesce, and Ian Smith.

I have some articles, written by my father, about pilots who preferred politics (Ian Smith, Ezer Weizmann, George H Bush, Mubarak and others).

Thank you for your comment!

Gianni Pesce

I share the name with the other Gianni Pesce; a parental line may be between us.

There is another Giovanni Pesce, leader of GAP (Gruppi Azione Partigiana); he was very famous in those days.

Gianni Pesce ...

I find no email address for you, and I prefer not to post my email address on the Web.

I am going to Liguria to visit S. Pietro d'Olba and the region.

I would love to be able to read your father's essays on Ian Smith.

If you go to the following link you can send me a message with your email address by using the Contact page:

Dear Famiglia Pesce,

Please accept my apologies for using English.

I am researching the walking route that Ian Smith used to travel to France.

May I ask if you can help me to trace the route?

Kind regards,

Allan Hunn
